If you’ve looked around the website, you’ve read about our training philosophy, certified trainers, professional training facility and competitive fees. That’s important stuff, but the reason we’re here is our clients, and we hope to include you among their success stories.
About 75% of our clients are women. Most of them never saw a gym like ours (check out our Facilities page) before they walked in the door. And, most will tell you they get a better workout here than at the places with the mirrors, machines, crowds, and…well…higher prices.
Most of our clients, male or female, come here to lose bodyfat. Most of them stay because they find out our training programs are as beneficial as they are affordable.

Varied types of exercises strive to work multiple muscle groups to get the most from your session. I particularly like doing the tractor tire flip and sledge hammer work (altho' my trainer Jon says most folks DON'T like those - ha!).
