Making Time for Me 

My turning point:
            I had made several attempts to slim down by myself.  As a full time manager, I worked long hours so I would end up snacking on candy and chips all day.  Working all the time left me too tired to exercise.  I just had no idea everything was moving in the wrong direction, away from a time when I felt like I had a purpose.  Who needs these thoughts?! I was frustrated and need to figure out what I wanted…..
            Then I met Bret Carter, what he did for me has changed my life.  Somehow Bret has done more for my marriage and career than anyone else ever has.  He made me take responsibility, he made me look in the mirror and find the person that I wanted to be.
            My weight loss has been a lifestyle change, not only physically but also emotionally.  So I challenge you to take the time for yourself and undergo a life changing experience.

Turing Back the Clock  

           Before I started working with Bret, I was 26, trapped in a 56 year old body. I was about 280lbs, and very out of shape. I would wake up in the morning sore and by the end of the day, I'd be worn out. I like to bowl, but I was getting to the point where I could not do it very well. After trying many things on my own, I was directed to work with Bret. I was skeptical and very uncomfortable at first. I've never worked out in a "gym" before. Could he help me? Was I too far gone? Who would see me work out? I'll look like an idiot.
           Bret and Kurt have honestly saved me, and improved the quality of life for both my wife and I. I have dropped 50lbs, and am dropping more. I am fitting into clothes that I haven't been able to wear since college. Training with Bret, and attending the H.O.T. classes, I have been able to take on additional physical endeavors, try sports I haven't been able to before, and generally feel better through out the day. For me, I get bored very easily, but the guys have been able to keep my workouts very dynamic. It's been 4 months, and I haven't done the same workout twice.
